Wild Wines is owned and operated by Carla David and Noah Dussell. Their location in Southern Oregon gives them access to a diversity of native and locally available botanicals which they hand-harvest, ferment and age for a minimum of one year. Wild Wines utilizes organic and wildcraft methods, and their winemaking reflects this tradition.
Winemaker Carla David has been making wine since 2002 when Carla's background in herbalism and botany inspired her to experiment with wines made from the plants so near and dear to her. Not only are Wild Wines varietals delicious, complimentary additions to a meal, but their tonic and medicinal value provides additional benefits. See the links on the Wines page to learn more about the healthful benefits of our wines and the Events page to locate a Wild Wines wine-tasting near you.
